I cannot Get access by connecting my GitHub account on Microsoft Azure

Hi, So I applied to GitHub Student Pack and It has beeen approved but when I try to benefit from the Azure student offer its says that Im not ellegible despite That the Azure 100$ Student offer is included in the pack. what should I do?
