Hi, I am logged in with a secondary account so I can post this question.

I'm guessing I posted the same question too many times accidentally and got suspended for that? I assure you I was not trying to spam Microsoft; just a submission error. Microsoft support have suggested via email that I log in with secondary account and how to get account unsuspended. Please advise how to restore my account.
