i want to delete my azure account.

If you created an Azure account using your personal account, you can delete all the subscriptions, then remove the credit card information from the account. Though this will not delete the account, it will make the account inoperable. If you are part of Microsoft Entra account (Previously Azure Active Directory), your administrator could delete the account.
