Hello, so I set up a customer's PC and had problems with the login from Office 365. The previous day everything worked fine, but now I am stuck on the same error for all different office apps. Teams, OneDrive, Outlook. Currently, he is using the online version which works fine, but that's just a workaround and I need to get it fixed asap. I have tried deleting all cache from the apps & did a office online repair, which both didn't help me. Note: The customer is using a local windows account, I always setup local accounts and never got a error message until today. The errors I'm getting are these: Correlation Id: d50d9dfa-3bea-435d-a792-45bcadfb0cbe Timestamp: 2024-02-13T07:37:37.000Z DPTI: cf6c4dfae4f65df0ff6809fc37aea8cf75282f373266cf53156af9d6dc43c167 Error Tag: 657rx Error Code: 2148073494 User's image

Don`t really know what to do else since its the first time something like that happened and I have setup hundreds of pcs.

    Hi @Noah Bauermeister

    Welcome to our forum!

Depending on the error code, it could be an error caused by a login credential issue. Please try the following possible suggestions:

    • In windows Settings > Accounts > Access work or school, remove the account and add it again and then log in to check the result.
    • Update your Office to the latest version. Open any office application, click File > Office Account > Update Options > Update Now.
    • Delete the Microsoft credentials folder: Go to File Explorer > Click on This PC > Then open Users folder > After that click on your "Username" > Click on AppData folder > in the list of folder open Microsoft folder> search for IdentityCache and OneAuth folders and delete it. then Reboot your computer.
    • In addition, there is user feedback that removing Office login credentials and clearing PTM can solve the problem, and you can try to check if it helps you. More information, see: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/troubleshoot/activation/tpm-malfunctioned.
