I am stuck on this page not able to create profile, after clicking finish , I am stuck on this , not able to ask question on credentials forum , here is the url ---https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/site/createprofile

I am having the same issue. Cert not showing up, and need to contact them on the forum but cannot get past that create display name portion.

On February 16, the page suddenly started working, and my account was created successfully. Weird.

I was having the same issue when creating a new profile. The "Create a display name" page is still doing nothing.

I don't know if this is related to our problem. So I tried to trace it with Chrome DevTools. These are some responses after I clicked the Finish button.

/en-us/user/checkdisplaynames

/static/html/mvaerror.html?aspxerrorpath=/en-us/user/checkdisplaynames

The latter has a message: "We are sorry. The page you requested is not available at this time."
