Not able to create Azure Open AI resource

I am not able to create an AzureOpenAI resource with Visual Studio Subscription. It shows a validation error as shown below. User's image

    Thanks for sharing the screenshot of the error.

    Your Subscription Admin / Subscription owner, seem to have enabled an Azure Policy to deny the Open AI resource creation.

    Name of the Azure Policy: "ACE - Deny the creation of OpenAI resources"

    You should contact your Subscription Owner and request them to disable / remove this policy inorder for you to create an Azure Open AI Resource.

    You can view the policy definition from Azure Portal as shown below:

    • Open the Azure Portal
    • Type Policy on the search Bar on the top.
    • Navigate to the Azure Policy and within the Definitions and Assignment search for the policy name as shown below:
