So, I set up my hosting through Azure last year and have been happy with it for the most part, but when I registered my domains, I could not turn on "Auto-Renew" (toggle was permanently disabled) and here I am a year later and my site is down because the domain was let go. I cannot renew it through the portal AT ALL. I now have two dead sites that I cannot access or manage. WTH?! I can't even re-add the domain because apparently I can only have two domains, and the two canceled (that I DID NOT WANT CANCELED) are holding my slots.
And the "Support" pages never load in the portal. This is making me think maybe I should go to AWS instead. Of course, now I'll probably have to buy new domains or pay extra to get my own damned domains back again. Really, really unhappy with this.

If auto-renew option wasn't enabled for the domain and it got expired, then following are the options available: (Exception is the .nl TLD which should be renewed before expiration or it would jumps to the after 19 days phase below)
- Domain expiration timelines: https://uk.godaddy.com/help/what-happens-when-my-domain-expires-609
- No impact for first 5 days
- 5th day - DNS records will be removed. DNS Server will be redirected GoDaddy and to a parked website.
- between days 5-19, you should be able to renew on the Azure Portal.
- If you are not able to renew from Azure Portal we can work internally.
