Switchblade host exe

Question

I have windows 11 pro, and Google Drive installed on it. I mention that because I find that the issue might be related to that, in some way. Every few seconds, there is a command prompt that is started automatically, in fact 3 of them. They pop up, do something and disappear. Below is the screen shot of one of them.

As it mentions I opened the switchblade.txt and below is the screen shot of its contents:

Now this window not only appears every few seconds, it also is quiet fearsome....looks as if someone or something is taking a screen shot of my screen. What is the purpose of this behavior, and what could be causing it? Is there a way to get over it? I am sure there is so please let me know.
