test.xml I counted all the service codes. But now I need the Duration that was spent on each code. F is service codes. H is duration. if I had 6 165 I need to know how much time (duration) I spent on them. What formula would I use? =if(f2:f200,"165") then count duration

Hi, Please try following formula =SUMIF(F2:F26,"165",H2:H26), it sums the duration of the service code "165".
