It says I done have a Microsoft Account when I do

I hope from these two screenshots, you can see my issue, it's saying I don't have a Microsoft account when I do! This is a terrible error message and does not help me fix what the underlying issue is. Do you have any ideas, anyone... Logging in is the first step of every user journey, and if it does not work, it is the worst possible user experience.
Come on, Microsoft, you can do better than this in getting the basics working properly!

I understand that you are having trouble logging into their Microsoft account.The error message on 1st screen shot say's you don't have a Microsoft account, can you help me with the name of web portal and link you are trying to sign-in. also have you sign-in before with same email and credentials to any other Microsoft services? if yes please can you please share the name of the service or link and help me with the screen shot.

2024-02-15T09:23:10.59+00:00 I was trying to log into the OpenAI site using Microsoft credentials as that email address is set up with my openAI teams. Account. The second screen shows I am logged into a Microsoft account, which I use with office 365 every day... This works fine with others like Hubspot log etc.

2024-02-18T09:50:21.4766667+00:00 YES I added my it to my Team account on open AI. but for it to tell me I have no microsoft account when I do not a very helpful message. I stuck with using my personal email for work as I cant get work one added :-(
