I have about 255 devices in SCCM showing as Unknown when looking at the monitoring tab deployments. This ADR is called ADR: 036 x86 x64 Updates 2024-02-13. I have 5 client check failed/active, 63 client check passes/inactive, 187 client check passed/active. I don't know what logs to check or how to remedy this situation. My goal is to drastically lower that number. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi, @Landon, Stanford

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

Unknown means either that the client system did not complete the software update scan or the site server did not receive the software update scan status from the client.

You should check the logs (wuahandler.log--scan status, updatesdeployment.log--deployment, updatestore.log--what is missing and what is installed) for further troubleshooting.
