Hi, I want to give a user in our organization the possibility to check the box to allow Distribution lists (groups) to receive emails from external, as below: 2024-02-15_13h45_38

I know a Global Admin or Exchange Admin can do that, but I want the less possible priviled role. Thoughts?

    Hi @Anonymous

The required role to modify this setting is Distribution Groups role.

You only need to assign this role to the user for him to manage this setting.

But kindly note that this role will also offer other permissions to manage distribution groups like creating groups and manage the group memberships. 01
