If this is in Virtual Machine, check boot settings. Press any key to boot from Windows media as soon as you start machine or when it appears.

    Hi Peter_1985,

If the machine booted into the EFI shell automatically, it seems no bootable media is recognized. Try to plug the HDD/SDD in a different port and boot again. If it's a virtual machine, it could be the virtual disk issue. Create a new VM with the current virtual disk and see if the issue persists.

    Best Regards,

    Ian Xue
