AzurePostgresqlでCPU使用率の上昇に応じてCore数を自動拡張するような機能が利用できるか確認したいです
※ドキュメントではストレージの自動拡張ができることは明記されていますが、Core数に関して記載がなかったため、確認させていただきました。
