Transcript doesn't include my Certification Status

Dear Team, I have given my Certification on 10th Feb and my MCID is MCID:995376139. I could see the status when I login with my personnel id ******@gmail.com but there is no transcript available. When I try logging in with my work email i.e ******@accenture.com I could see transcript but there is no Certification status updated. Kindly help. Regards Madhavi
