To start the Configuration Manager, try to press <Win+R>, then start the .msc path that is mentioned here:

Please i uninstalled all sql related apps from my system, after i upgraded my memory.
Now I have installed both SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server 2022 express edition
But i can't find the SQL Server Configuration Manager again. I can only find the SSMS tools on my start menu but i can't also find the SQL Server 2022 on my start menu, I can't even import data to my database, if i click import data it does not show any thing. I cant even find the SQLconfiguration manager from the system admistration so i can add it
