Passed PL 300 power BI data analyst exam, but certificate not yet received

I passed PL 300 Microsoft PL 300 exam on 13 Feb (MS0996196693). But, I have not received certificate so far. It is not showing in the certification profile. I also don't see any option to link the certification to the profile. Please assist.

    The Microsoft Q&A platform currently does not provide support for Azure Certifications inquiries. I would recommend that you seek assistance in the designated Microsoft Credentials forum instead.
