BizTalk Server 2016 - BizTalk service is going to stopped state when a message is sent in windows 11

I recently installed BizTalk server 2016 in windows 11, whenever i am sending message to receive location, BizTalk service is going to stopped state. I believe this could be an issue with BizTalk server in combination with windows 11, I need your help to fix this problem

    BizTalk 2016 is not supported on WIndows 11. See learn.microsoft.com/en-us/biztalk/install-and-config-guides/… Even on the supposedly supported Windows 10, there are lots of gotcha's. Use Windows Server 2016 instead
