Founders Hub benefits redeemed but not visible in Azure

Hi there,

I'm a founder of infolab.ai. We have recently redeemed some benefits for Azure from the Microsoft Founders Hub. Unfortunately, the credits are not visible in the account used for the company, not in any other linked account. Beyond that, I have checked my private account to see, if there was confusion somewhere, and haven't found anything there either.

This was just a week ago. Does the redemption take time? Do we get a confirmation mail? Is there a way to check anywhere?

We will need the credits to conduct pilots soon, hence I am grateful for any quick reply.
