How to change display name in Microsoft certificates?

I'm not able to change my display name. It is getting changed automatically everytime I set it correct for Microsoft Azure certificates.

    Hello,

    Please allow some time for the changes to take effect. Just yesterday, I updated my display name from a Chinese name to an English one. Today, I have verified that my display name has been successfully updated on my Microsoft Azure certificates. I hope this information is helpful to you.
