Connecting Certiport transcript/certifications to Microsoft Learn

My organization funded a group of us to earn Microsoft Office -Associate 2019 certification in Excel, PPT, and Word. However, in order to renew we need to link our certifications from Certiport to Microsot Learn. Please let me know how we can do this so we can pursue renewals. Thank you!
