How to reinstall SQL Server Configuration Manager

I uninstalled everything that said SQL and was trying to SQL Express 2022 but the install kept failing so I manually deleted everything that said SQL from C drive including SQL Server Configuration Manager. Now I have installed SQL Server Management Studio but it is not working I think because there is no SQL Server Configuration Manager. Every solution I am finding online is leading to the roadblock that I do not have SQL Server Configuration Manager anymore. How do I get it back?

In recent versions, SQL Server Configuration Manager wasn't installed as a separate tool. You can find it in the Computer Management snap-in. (i.e., Run compmgmt.msc, then expand Services and Applications in the left-hand pane. You'll find it in there.
One thing to be aware of, it works fine for services, etc. but pretty sure there was an issue with creating aliases in there now, and blog posts said you now need to use the old cliconfg to do that. (Wish that wasn't so)
