when i create a new C++ project, it starts with 479 errors in "external dependencies" when i run it, it askes if i would like to run the last successful build, if i select yes it errors with "unable to start program 'C:\users(my user)\repos\print\x64\debug\print.exe' the system cannot find the file specified"

What errors do you get if you just select the "Build" errors from the drop list (rather than "Build + IntelliSense")? -

Please try to reset VS(search and run
Developer Command Prompt for Visual Studioin Windows Search box, rundevenv /ResetSettingscommand) and repair VS(from VS Installer, More, Repair).If above two methods don’t work, try to reinstall VS.
