Hi, I've bought my laptop just 2 month ago. it's HP Spectre X360 convertible. I want to set up the windows hello and I got this massage " this option is currently unavailable" and the set up bottom is gray, so i can't do anything. I've just undated the windows today but it doesn't work. but when I used my sister's Microsoft account, it was working and i could set up windows hello in the laptop. any idea?37952-image-2020-11-05-224701.png

    Hello,

    Try these steps and see if that helps:

    1. Open Registry Editor.
    2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System.
    3. Set AllowDomainPINLogon to 1.
    4. Close Registry Editor and reboot your system.

    Also, if you're on local account, switch to Microsoft account.

    Hope this helps!

    @Maria Yousefi
    Hi,

    You could try the method below:
    Add a new user (Add someone else to this PC) on the Accounts page (Family & other users) by creating a new Microsoft account. You should be allowed to set up the Windows Hello for this new user. The new user can be set to Administrator. Then log out and log in with the old Admin account.

    Hope above information can help you.
