User Profile Loading Issue on Windows Server

Hello, So, I've been having this issue with loading user profiles on my Windows server. Basically, whenever I try to log in, it gets stuck at the "loading user profile" stage. I've tried a few things to fix it, like checking security settings and making sure the LDAP server is configured correctly. I've also looked into network connectivity and reviewed the event logs, but so far, no luck. Oddly enough, the problem doesn't seem to occur when I test it from another LAN, which is a bit puzzling. If anyone has any ideas on how to troubleshoot or fix this ? Best regards,

Hello Timothee SERAPHIN, Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Based on the description "Basically, whenever I try to log in, it gets stuck at the "loading user profile" stage.", did you sign in the Windows server using this user account first time?
Did you sign in the Windows server using this user account successfully in the past? If so, please check if you have made any changes recently and the issue occurs.

Please check if you sign in the same Windows server using another user account.

Please check if you can sign in the Windows server using this user account successfully after "loading user profile" stage windows (only slow logon) or maybe you received one error message (cannot logon).

Check the user profile to ensure that it is not damaged or has any errors. You can try to sign in another machine using the same user account and check the result. You can try creating a new profile for the user or clear the local user profile and log in again. If possible, try updating or reinstalling software related to user profiles and Windows services (such as LDAP client, Windows Service Manager, etc.). I hope the information above is helpful. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know. Best Regards, Daisy Zhou
