Devices being restart by kernel power manager

We have report that few devices got auto restart. After checking the event logs from the devices. We find below logs. Event ID: 109 The kernel power manager has initiated a shutdown transition. Shutdown Reason: Kernel API What could be the route cause for that and how we can troubleshoot or investigate the reason to avoid unexpected issues in future.

    Hello, The “Kernel Power Event ID 109” message is a standard Windows message indicating that the system has restarted or shut down properly. However, if this is happening unexpectedly, it could indicate a problem. This could be due to a variety of reasons, just like windows update installed automatically, or some process, driver shutdown the system. I suggest that we'd better review recently system Logs.
