Serbian language is not translated into English for Azure Document Translation

We have an issue with Azure Document Translation services when translating from the Serbian (Cyrillic) language (code: sr-Cyrl) to English (code: en).
When testing with a document in Serbian (Cyrillic) font, the returned document remains in the Serbian (Cyrillic) font. I've provided a PDF of a Word Doc that has caused this error. One additional note, when using the translation capabilities in Word, I've noticed in most cases the same Serbian (Cyrillic) text is returned, but if I use the document translation built into Word, an English translation is returned.

Please advise on how we might be able to solve this issue so that we can leverage Azure Translator for Serbian (Cyrillic) to English translations.

This is the current limitation of this feature.
Serbian (Cyrillic)is not supported assource languagefor scannedPDF.That's why you are facing this Document Translation issue with pdf document. Please refer to this language support documentation for more details: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/ai-services/translator/language-support#document-translation-scanned-pdf-support

2024-02-16T21:23:28.6566667+00:00 I'm sorry for the miscommunication. I understand that the PDF is not supported, but I changed format to PDF so I could upload the example file to this question. We are working primarily with MS Word documents. My understanding from the documentation was that for non-PDF documents, the Serbian (Cyrillic) could be translated using Document Translation. When testing this functionality, we're finding that the documents returned are still in the Serbian (Cyrillic) language.
I appreciate any clarification you can provide.

Even with the word document type you are saying this is not working right?

2024-02-16T22:26:22.99+00:00 I am unable to upload the document because .docx files are not permitted to be uploaded.
I've reuploaded the pdf Serbian Cyrillic Document For Testing.pdf . I was able to open this with Word and save as a docx.
As far as the code, we're using standard API calls per the documentation. We're able to translate as expected across many other languages, it's only Serbian (Cyrillic) that we've found the issue with at this point.I appreciate any other feedback or questions to help try to resolve this issue.
