Hotmail emails no longer available on Outlook

Since a couple of weeks I can no longer receive e-mails from my hotmail account on my Outlook e-mail provider.
As soon as I want to receive new e-mails, I have to fill in my e-mail adress and password in a form. And I haven't changed my password. What can I do to fix this?
