I can't access speech.microsoft.com -- I get an error saying my account is locked, but it's not
When I try to access Speech Studio via https://speech.microsoft.com, I get an error saying "Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again." I'm using the same account I have all my Azure services on, and it's also my main Microsoft email address. The account works fine everywhere else, but I can't get around this error specifically on this site. I've tried resetting my password, logging in with Github, different browsers, incognito/inprivate browsing, but I keep getting the same error. I can't figure out who to ask for help! I'm a paying customer of several Azure services (including Cognitive Services/TTS). I just want to be able to access Speech Studio.
