Operations Manager failed to start a process

Hi Guys,

I am getting alerts for Operation Manager failed to start a process.
it has some error in the output.

HotFixValidation.vbs
DiscoverMSDTCServer.vbs

any pointers to get this fixed ?

does this anyway related to logon as service in the agent computer ?

    Hi Sarav,

    it means that the agent was not able to execute some scripts, which are part of some workflow. There could be many different reasons for that, but I have never seen references to missing the "Logon as a service" right. Can you please post the whole alert and its details here? You can hide all sensitive information.
    Let's see if we can find a culprit to what is going on.

    any other reasons, would be it did not allow to run this script because any AV restriction
