Unable to create Azure App Service Plan in free trial

I have started with a free trial account on Azure. Was trying to create an App Service plan, but getting "quota not available in region, choose a different region" error. I tried with 10 different regions but all failed. I tried with different plans like F0, B1 and premium, which failed. I have all my $200 credits remaining.

Thank you for the response @Achraf Ben Alaya , I have already checked most points,

Quota & Resource Group limits: this is new account and there are no other resources created. So no question of reaching any limits.

Azure Support, Billing & Resource Health: Since I'm in free trial I cant raise support request, billing is verified and Azure has no active outage issues.

Permissions : Since I'm the account admin I'm sure this is not having permission issues.

Trying different region: I have tried at least 10 regions per plan, accounting to 30+ combinations, is there any particular region or plan I can try ?

Please provide if there are any documentations that i can go through to understand possible restrictions for a free trial account

Hi @Achraf Ben Alaya thank you for your support.
FYI, I had tried with west US, west US2, central India, South India and Switzerland North regions for F0, Basic B1 and premium tiers which didn't work.

But it is working for east US region, so we can close this question from my end.

It would be helpful if we could get a clear documentation on regions and tiers availability for free trial account.

I ran into this problem as well when trying to create a new App Service Plan in the Central US region during Azure trial. I had to use East US instead. There's no indication to the user regarding how to resolve this error.

Looking to error - There could be restrictions for creating app services on the certain subscription types or region based on the capacity constraints and demands.
