Could you please tell us which version of Office are you using?
- You may go to Word > Account > Product Information to check this information.
Does this issue occur with all Office applications, such as Excel.
Please go to Control Panel, perform an online repair for the Office.
I suggest you type `cmd' in Windows Search box, right click the "Command Prompt" as administrator, then enter following commands:
- Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
- Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Wait until the commands are finished, please continue to enter the following command:
- sfc /scannow
