Please can someone help me: Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in. AADSTS50020: User account 'gonsalveswestphal@gmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'University of South Africa' and cannot access the application 'd93bf783-6d8d-4c14-94f1-866da6d3cfd2'(ADOVH Microsoft 365 SSO) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

    Hi Shannon,

    Can you try the Incognito mode on the browser and if that does not work most likely your account does not have access to the Azure Tenant and also try the official account instead of gmail account? Check with your admin if you have access and perms to access the Entra Tenant.

    Hi @Shannon Westphal, I agree with the 2 others here - the issue is that your account you try to access an application with is not a guest user in the tenant there have the application - you need to be added before you can signin :)
