Exchange HCW Configure Mail Flow Issue

Question

I want to configure Exchange in full hybrid mode. When I run the HCW application, it gives me an error in the mail flow.

Are you using the Developer license to configure the Hybrid? If so, it's the expected behavior according to this document: Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ.
