I bought Microsoft 365 license, the personal package. I activated it on my Mac. However, I cannot activate it on my PC. I wasted hours for it but I didn't work. Please help me, how should I do to use Microsoft apps on my PC?

Billing / account / activation issues are not supported on QnA. They're actively answering questions here in dedicated forums.

I am at my wit's end because I have had 365 monthly subscription for 3 years on my Windows 7 pc. (This has nothing to do with Windows 7 no longer being supported, so please just read this before telling me to upgrade to 10.)

After all this time, last month--September 2021--I switched to the annual subscription. Microsoft happily took the $99.99 out of my account on September 5, but then has cut me off. I can only open my docs, but I cannot even type on them at all. There are apparently no humans left to speak with to fix this problem and the canned answers the automated chat has do not fit this issue. I have repeatedly reinstalled, tried to go to managing my subscription but they only allow me to delete or switch my subscription payment options. I have tried everything short of this right now to reach someone to help me.

I realize Microsoft loves their windows 10, but I cannot figure out how to use it and I have friends still using XP, 7 & 8 and they do not have any of these things happening to them. I love 7 and, since I bought it on my pc, I think I should be allowed to say when I decide to upgrade and what that product will be. I believe that they are blocking my use of 365 because I am still running 7, but this is not an OS issue because it all worked beautifully until last month.

Just to let you know why I believe this, when Adobe changed over, I was told to uninstall it and install the new one. I did that BUT the new one would not install. I called them and they looked into it and just said to call Microsoft. That was all he would say. I called and was told that I could not have Adobe unless I upgraded to 10, period. He was practically laughing at me. I don't do social media so I don't know who else's pc is being held hostage by Microsoft like this but it has been happening over and over since I refuse to upgrade. When I say I know people still using XP, I am not lying and they do not have these issues.

Would someone please help me figure out either how to activate my subscription, which I paid for over 5 weeks ago, or how to get my money back and I'll just get Linux and be done with Microsoft.
