passwordless not working

Hi there We trying to setup passwordless, but struggling to do so for the users who uses Android phones. Is this an intune policy blocking something thats preventing users from logging in MFA using android. When the same account logs into a iphone, it works and allows user to register for passwordless and can log in. We did log a ticket with MS support, but MS is not getting back to us after numerous attempts. TrackingID#2401250050003118 Kind Regards Tiaan

    Hi Tiaan,

    Can you check if there is a latest version of Microsoft Authenticator installed on devices running on Android. For Android, the device that runs Microsoft Authenticator must be registered to an individual user.

    Also is there a sign in log or any log for that device and user while attempting to authenticate? Try to escalate to the regional manager at Microsoft via your support channel if this is urgent.
