My organization is already using Azure ADF. With Fabric do I need to buy licenses/subscriptions for using One lake

Please use the Fabric community : https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/ to post queries on Fabric. What are you trying to achieve by Fabric? Based on that we might be able to help ? For Onelake and lakehouse to be created within a workspace, we need to have Fabric license.

One lake is a part of microsoft fabric and no seperate license is required to use one lake in fabric.
The Microsoft Fabric platform unifies the OneLake and lakehouse architecture across the enterprises.
The OneLake data hub makes it easy to find, explore, and use the Fabric data items in your organization that you have access to. It provides information about the items and entry points for working with them.
