Hello, I have a laptop that the user installed BitLocker, but there are no data or passwords. A blue screen appeared and it says BitLocker recovery. is there any way to save the data on the disk. because the person using the laptop doesn't know the microsoft account they set it to, nor does the recovery key know anything. Is there any way to solve this and save the data on the laptop? Below I am submitting a picture with the message that appears?20240219_100704.jpg Thank you Best regards

The recovery password and recovery key for an operating system drive or a fixed data drive can be saved to a folder, saved to one or more USB devices, saved to a Microsoft Account, or printed. Finding your BitLocker recovery key in Windows - Microsoft Support If you can’t remember the Microsoft account you used, try every possible email and phone number you’ve ever owned. If we could not find BitLocker password or recovery key, I'm afraid that we may could not access the system or write data. BitLocker is designed to be uncrackable without the appropriate key or password, which is part of its security feature. Best Regards, Hania Lian
