BULK File Schema Not Working

I have been trying to add a new ad group negative keyword using Bing Ads API. I use the correct format in the Bulk File Schema request, but I am getting the below error saying 'The format version is required.' even though I specified the version in the csv file. <Code>3219</Code> <Details i:nil="true"/> <ErrorCode>BulkServiceFormatVersionRequired</ErrorCode> <Message>The format version is required.</Message> Could you pls help me on this or share the correct csv or tsv file format?
