Access Token lifetime

Question

Hello, we are trying to increase Access token lifetime to 8h for a Tirth party application enrolled in Azure AD without success. we have followed this documentation https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity-platform/configurable-token-lifetimes#token-lifetime-policies-for-access-saml-and-id-tokens and set a new policy token life time and set it for the application but it not taken effect : we have also set a conditional access policy for this app to set signin frequency to 8 hour :

no more success. Our need : to authenticate one time by workday to our app and prevent to authenticate each nearly 1h30. any help please ? Thanks in advance.
