Failed to run the task sequence 0x80070003

Question

I am trying to rebuild Dell server using SCCM and getting below error. I have verified smsts.log file and finding below error. "Failed to open page "D:\sms\data\variables.dat" to read (Code 0x80070003) Could someone please suggest how to resolve this. Thanks in advance
