@Milan Garg [bn23mg2] - Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.
It seems like you are having trouble accessing the Azure Synapse Studio webpage. There could be several reasons why this is happening.
Seems to be some an intermittent issue. I would suggest you re-try again and check if that works.
OR
I would suggest you to login using https://web.azuresynapse.net/workspaces and also when I opened resource manually and tried to launch synapse studio, it keeps on asking Tenant, Subscription and workspace name.
In case if you are facing same issue. You may try the following steps:
- Clear “Cookies and Cached data” of your browser.
- Private Mode (New InPrivate Window).
- Try in different browser.
Please ensure that you have the correct URL for the Synapse Studio webpage. You can access Synapse Studio by navigating to the Azure Synapse Analytics workspace in the Azure portal and clicking on the "Open Synapse Studio" button in the Overview tab.
If you have the correct URL, please check if you are able to access other Azure services from your network. If you are unable to access other Azure services, it could be a network issue. Please check if your network firewall is blocking access to the Azure Synapse Studio webpage.
If you are able to access other Azure services, please check if you have the necessary permissions to access the Azure Synapse Analytics workspace. Ensure that you have the Owner or Contributor role assigned to your account for the resource group that the workspace is in.
If you have the necessary permissions, please check if the Azure Synapse Analytics workspace is in a Virtual Network. If it is, you will need to configure Private Endpoints to access Synapse Studio.
If none of the above solutions work, please file a support ticket through the Azure portal for further assistance.
Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.
