The subscription is not allowed to create or update the serverfarm

I am getting this error when creating a webapp or azure function. The subscription is not allowed to create or update the serverfarm. Please help me with steps. Thanks

Check if your subscription has reached its quota limit for the server farm resources. You can check your current usage and quota limits in the Azure portal or by using the Azure CLI.

Check if your subscription is disabled, expired, or has billing issues. You can verify the status of your subscription in the Azure portal or by contacting Azure support.

Check if your subscription is not registered for the Microsoft.Web resource provider. You can register your subscription for this provider in the Azure portal or by using the Azure CLI.

@Sanjeev Singh If you are seeing the issue "The subscription is not allowed to create or update the serverfarm" -If you haven't done retried, please retry creating the resource again.
