If we have a document at multiple places under same hub. Is it possible that whenever a document changes at one place that doc will get updated on all other locations?

Microsoft 365 and Office | SharePoint | Development

Hi @Deepu C ,

Unfortunately, this cannot be achieved at present. This involves synchronization and permissions. You can try to use Power Automate. When the file changes, use the latest files to replace the old files in other locations.

But Power Automate is currently not supported in Q&A forum, I suggest you go Microsoft Power Automate Support, there are self-help documents and forums here, I hope they can be helpful to you.
