Recently, the servers have been unable to remotely black screen. Unless a forced shutdown and restart are used, I am unable to log in to the server.
According to your description, this issue may be more a windows server issue than Exchange issue.
And since there are OutOfMemoryException errors in the logs, I will suggest checking the resource utilization (like CPU, memory) on the Exchange servers when this issue occurs.
