Which Attribute we used in Azure AD to segregate Internal ,external and both internal and external (work for long time but not permanent ) Interanl External Internal and External can we use in name convention or we can set in attribute if so which attribute we can fill information?

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A!

The answer to your question would depend on who you want to see this attribute, does it need to be viewable to all users, in Teams our Outlook etc.. or is its purpose for reporting or admin use only.

You can add it to the display name, the job title, department, or you can create a custom attribute which is only visible via PowerShell.

Hi Muhammad Zeeshan, in that case I believe you would need to use "Display Name" or Job Title should also be visible in Teams / Sharepoint etc.. if you hover over / click on a user.

There is a field named "Employee Type" or else you can create a custom extension attribute, which is only visible via PowerShell or Graph API

can we create a matrix in Entra which could be used to show which systems each user had access to and their ID in that system. ?
