Hi, We have suddenly discovered some machines that has problems downloading patches. There are Windows 10 22H2, and Windows Server 2019 Std. These machines are generally disconnected from internet, and get their patches from SCCM every month, but that has not happend. We have several time tried to directly connect these to internet instead, but the machines cannot find anything. For example now these machines does not find the February patches, and as you can see from the images many months are missing. Also very strange that these service stack updates, why does these happen so often ? I don`t see things like that on the servers/clients that do not have any issues. User's image

Hello, According to your description and the picture provided, the security update has been installed for January. These service stack update need to be installed before install security update. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/january-9-2024-kb5034127-os-build-17763-5329-4de58ce5-eb0d-4b9a-95d1-aa15fe30b082 Also, for monthly security update, it is a monthly cumulative update. It means that we could only install the latest security update. It will replace all old security update. For the issue related to update could not be found, a few additional things you can try: WSUS Server: Check your WSUS server to make sure the updates are approved for these problematic clients. If your clients are not configured to get updates from WSUS, they will not see the patches even if they are connected to the internet. Group Policy: Check the Group Policy settings on the problematic machines. Make sure they are configured to get updates from your SCCM server. Firewall and Network Settings: Make sure there are no firewall or network settings preventing the clients from connecting to the SCCM server or the internet. Windows Update Agent: The Windows Update Agent on the problematic machines could be corrupt or outdated. Try reinstalling or updating the Windows Update Agent. Windows Update Log: Check the Windows Update log on the problematic machines for any additional error messages or clues as to why the updates are not downloading. Best Regards, Hania Lian
