Feature request - Az Frontdoor - Add shared logging capabilities to different endpoint(s)

We want to make use of Azure Frontdoor (centrally) for many consumers, using the same AFD profile instance(s). Idea is to handle ingress scenarios for developer teams (which are consumers in this scenario). As a developer it will be important to read the logs of the AFD to understand issues, false positives and so forth. Problem is - that by default - logs are aggregated on a per instance / profile level, where as the developers (internal customers) would have access to their AFD endpoints. We request functionality, of being able to split certain logs to different consumers within the AFD profile. By default, all consumers would be able to see each other logs (and not separated). This makes it troublesome to use AFD for centrally hosted scenarios.

    Hello @Lars Wurm ,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & hope you are doing well.

I understand that you would like to request a feature for Azure Front Door where you can split certain Front Door logs to different consumers based on their endpoints within the AFD profile, so that all consumers would be able to see their own respective separate logs and not all the logs.

As of today, this feature is not available. Azure Front Door captures several types of logs, and all the logs are aggregated on a profile level.

Microsoft Q&A is first party experience for technical answers on Microsoft products. Developers and IT pros can solve problems with the help of community experts and Microsoft engineering. You can report a new feature or a bug for Microsoft Q&A on the Q&A platform using the Microsoft Q&A tag.

However, if you would like to request any new features related to other Microsoft products, then you should share them on our User Voice forum.

For Azure products, we have a User Voice forum called https://feedback.azure.com/

All the feedback you share in these forums will be monitored and reviewed by the Microsoft engineering teams responsible for building Azure.

I will also share this feedback internally to our Azure Front Door Product Group team for further tracking.

Kindly let us know if the above helps or you need further assistance on this issue.
