Not able to schedule AZ-104 Azure Administrator Exam

Hi Team,
I am not able to schedule the AZ104 Microsoft azure administrator exam. I missed my deadline to renew my previous AZ104 Microsoft azure administrator certification which expired on January 25th 2024. I could see the certification is expired in the Learn profile. But for some reason Pearson team doubts that it is because of this I am not able to schedule the exam. Could you get me an approval or update the profile the status of the previous certification as expired so I could schedule the exam. I was able to schedule AZ 400 exam.
