(PERMISSION) Failed to connet to a cluster with Hyper-V manager

Hi I have this issues

I used this administrator account where the cluster and node objects are located. I added this user on each node as .\administrator and Hyper-v Administrator but I still get this error when I go to add the cluster. This user is also the one who joined the nodes to the domain and created the cluster. In Cluster Validation
